Winchester Rotary - 2011 Oktoberfest

The Fourth Annual Oktoberfest will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 6 to 10 PM at the Winchester Town Hall. Admission ticket includes beer and wine tasting, German food, entertainment by an Oompah Band including participation in contests held throughout the evening and a chance to win the door prize.

[ ] Platinum level $1,000 includes: 10 admission tickets and the pleasure of displaying two of your company banners (size up to 3 x 6) on stage above the Oompah Band and the company advertised on the Rotary Club of Winchester's web site.

[ ] Gold level $500 includes: 5 admission tickets and the pleasure of displaying your company banner (size up to 3 x 6) within the Winchester Town Hall and the company advertised on the Rotary Club of Winchester's web site.

[ ] Silver level $300 includes: 3 admission tickets and the pleasure of having your company name displayed at the Winchester Town Hall and on the Rotary Club of Winchester's web site.

[ ] Bronze level $100 includes: 1 admission ticket and the pleasure of having your company name displayed at the Winchester Town Hall and on the Rotary Club of Winchester's web site.

The net proceeds of this event benefit the Winchester Rotary Charitable Fund, Inc., a non-profit 501 (c) ( 3) organization dedicated to giving grants to local programs: Various departments of the Winchester School System and school related organizations, Mission of Deeds, Sachem Youth Baseball/Softball Association Inc., Winchester Community Music School, Winchester Historical Society, Winchester Public Library, Meals on Wheels, Council for Social Concern, and providing dinners to seniors at holiday time. Nationally to Hands on Disaster Response, Shelter Boxes and USA Cares. Internationally Polio Eradication and Water Filter Programs.

Because we are an IRS qualified non-profit organization, you may be entitled to a tax deduction.
