The Winchester Rotary awarded the Health Clinic in Kenya a grant to fund a new CTG monitor. The CTG monitor has arrived, and the team has been trained to operate it. The head nurse, Alice, commented that, to her knowledge, only one other facility in our county has a CTG machine. This is a huge step towards providing high-quality care to the mothers in their community. With this machine, they will better assess fetal well-being and refer women who need more care. A big thank you from the nursing team and Frankie Sadler, Director at the clinic. Our club should be proud of making this happen. They are very grateful. http://theleoproject.org |
