Chili Fest

The 1st Annual Winchester Chili Fest, presented by the Winchester Rotary Club has been scheduled for November 1st at the Winchester Town Hall!!!! The event is tentatively scheduled to take place between 4-8p. There will be a professional division and an amateur division competing for the title of Best Chili in Winchester.
